The Personal Information Protection & Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) became applicable to all insurance brokerages effective January 1, 2004. Under this legislation, all companies are required to obtain consent from their clients for the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information. B&W Insurance only collects your personal information for legitimate purposes and believes in protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. None of the personal information collected will be used for any purposes other those for which it was collected.
